The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the bars, restaurants, museums and other attractions of central Narbonne Despite it's central location it was very quiet. Karinsifer 9.0 30 novembre -0001 An awesome apartment, very nice owner but not sure to have free parking, as it's mentioned On booking we can see: free parking in services. As i'm using booking a lot, i put the parking filter and don't look for more, on the front page of LeRetroMirabeau on booking I see it facilities: free parking, for me, as always, it means that there is a parking space dedicated for the apartment. I have learnt that there is no after I booked the room (when the parking was the main point of the hoter research). We were in Narbonne during the weekend, so parking places were free, but we had to look for a place and park the car just somewhere. And there "somewhere" (near a popular cathedral) our car was opened and turned upside down with all what was inside and some stuff was stolen. Luckily it stayed where it was. The "free parking" is not true, cause there are public free parkings around, but it's just about luck: whether you get a free place or not. And in our experience, free parking places are dangerous and kinda messed up our beautiful weekend. So for those who don't care about the parking it wouldn't be a problem, the hotel and the owner are very cool, recomment for sure. But please. change the parking description on booking. People can come and not have a free parking space, especilally during holidays. And the free places that are there are NOT safe. Robyn 9.0 30 novembre -0001 A fun place to stay, comfortable bed, couldn’t be better located Charming host introduced us to the very quirky old house which is in a perfect position to explore Narbonne centre. He pointed us to a good place to eat and explained some of the interesting things about the house. The bed was comfy, down some steps past the tiny shower room. The whole studio/apartment was full of interesting family memorabilia - bit like sleeping in a museum!
